   I definitely remember this being an issue back when I went trick-or-treating. I would have this great costume… that would get covered in some big coat or have to be covered in visibility tape. I started taking to costumes that allowed big, light-colored capes or cloaks — like ghosts or angels — just so I could wear them on the outside of my warm weather gear.
